Summer has gone and left us now boohoo! Its def getting colder at nights and in the mornings! but with the darkers nights we have had the amazing pleasure of witnessing the northern lights!

We also had nana come visit us! our first and only visitor for this year it was amazing having her with us! we spent 2 weekends at the rockies which was another sight to see!

Boys are now back at school, matthew in grade 4 and scott started grade 1! They have settled back into school nicely and im enjoying the peace lol.

Luke has been here a whole year now! And i have finally gained my midwifery registration but there is still a long way to go with exams and courses to be completed!

We are looking forward to out first canadian halloween! Heard its a sight to be seen!

Matthew has completed his first grading at kung fu and is now a yellow belt!

SUMMER IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally we r in the summer season and its as good as we were promised alot over the winter! lol sunny most days in the 20s lovely! we r all tanning nicely!

Boys are now off school till 1st september! Scott will be starting grade 1 when they go back and matthew will be starting grade 4.

Along downside to summer here is the MISQUITOES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man they are EVERYWHERE!!! They are the worst for 10 years due to all the moisture they had over winter due to the amount of snow glad they dont like me but they love luke and the bites he has are HUGE!

Heres to a long and happy summer!

SPRING TIME!! Spring is finally here after the worst winter in 40 years! If we can survive the last 4 months we can survive anything! The snow is finally melting too and we can see alot of grass now! Boys both had fab reports at school last month and have settled in so well. Matthew is getting into ice skating too he is getting good at it really fast on the ice. Roll on summer!!!!!!!

Well we have now been in Stony Plain, Alberta for nearly 3 months! Will be glad to see the back of the snow and see what Canada looks like without it!!! Boys have settled in better than we could ever hoped! Going to be a slow road but we will get there!!! Its been Matthews 9th Birthday last month and he is just growing up so fast!!

Hi and welcome to our blog! Luke has now been in Edmonton, Canada for 3 and a half weeks and is settling in well to his new job and life! We are missing him and hoping to be re-united very soon!
